We get stuck in people pleasing, lack of boundaries, hurt, upset, disappointment, resentment and much more!

It’s simple.
The way we feel about ourselves, is the way the world will treat us.
Lack of love inside - leads to neglect from outside
Lack of respect inside - leads to disrespect from outside

No matter how mentally strong you maybe, break ups or separations are never easy. They can leave a lasting trauma, if not handled well.

So, why are break ups so hard? Psychologically, here’s why…

1. Relationships lead to a lot of attachment and bonding and a break up can feel like losing a significant part of ourselves, leading to feelings of loss and grief.

2. A breakup often means facing uncertainty about the future. This fear of the unknown can trigger anxiety

3. After a breakup, many of us can question what went wrong, what did we do wrong, and wonder if we are lovable or capable of finding love again.

4. Being in a relationship creates routines and a sense of familiarity. The sudden absence of these routines and shared experiences can lead to feelings of disorientation and loneliness.

Psychologically, the process of healing from a breakup involves, learning to accept the situation, and gradually rebuilding one’s life and sense of self.
